Complaints

 If you have been issued a parking fee for violating governing parking rules on a certain area, here you can check  the given numbered  reason in the  ticket:

 

1. Parking not allowed/area where parking is prohibited

2. Parking without a parking disc

3. Parking disc not correctly set

4. Parking time exceeded

5. Parking allowed only with valid issued parking permit

6. Parking lot requires a license for handicapped

7. Parking without parking charge

8. Exceeded charged parking time

9. Other reason

 

 

If you do not agree with Q-Park´s control fee ( you believe you have indeed made proper payment or have not violated the parking rules) you can file a complaint.


Your complaint needs to be in written form. You are welcome to send it to us either by letter, fax or email. Images or other material that verifies your complaint can be enclosed.

Please note that we do not handle incomplete complaints.

  • vehicle register number
  • date of control fee
  • your course of events
  • your email or postal address
